There is a lot of construction going on in Dubai and some of it is very eccentric, such as the worlds first seven star luxury hotel, the famous sail shaped Burj al-Arab. Architect David Fisher however is pushing the envelope with his plans for a 68 story tower in which all the floors will rotate 360 degrees independently!

This unique design will mean that the shape of the building will be constantly changing giving the tower an almost biological quality.

All the plumbing, elevators and other utilities will be built up the center of the tower with each floor built like a doughnut around this central core.

It will be an amazing building if this thing is actually built, the developers estimate that the construction would cost about $330 million.
