Korean company Qrtiex, have a new mouse equipped with an iris scanner to satisfy your biometric security needs, the IRIBIO. You simply hold the mouse about 5 cm from your face and look into the little camera on the side of the unit, if your iris pattern is authenticated then you are granted access to your computer. The mouse is a pretty standard 3 button 600 dpi optical unit, however stuffed inside is a 500 MHz processor with 16 MB of RAM and 1 MB of flash memory to handle the iris scanning, data storage and biometric processing.
