iPhone dispute settled

After more than a month of legal jousting Apple and Cisco have reached an agreement over the use of the coveted “iPhone” trademark.
Under the agreement, both companies are free to use the “iPhone” trademark on their products throughout the world, according to the release. Both companies acknowledge the trademark ownership rights that have been granted, and each side will dismiss any pending actions regarding the trademark.
This looks like a win to Apple from where I sit, it would be interesting to know what the confidential terms of the agreement are all about.
