According to one witness a UFO sighted in Lephalale, South Africa early Saturday morning may have crashed to the Earth. Leonie Ras, who sighted the UFO at her daughters farm, said she was lying on her bed sending text messages when:

“Suddenly, a bright object plunged from the clouds to the earth, at a terrible speed, and hit the ground with an almighty bang.”

This event occurred at 4:33am according to Ras which seems to me to be a strange time to be up, let alone checking SMS messages. No wreckage or impact crater has as yet been located, however going by the news report there has been no real attempt at a search at this stage.
