Dolphin illusion

What do you see in the above picture? If you are anything like me then you probably see a man and a woman getting to know each other a little better..
The interesting thing about this image is that young children don’t see the couple at all.. Instead they see 9 dolphins. The theory is that young children don’t see the couple because they have no prior memory of such a scenario or situation, so their brains identify the dolphins more readily.

nope, even after reading it - i can’t see any dolphins!
They are dark colored, mainly the shadow areas between the male and female figures.
I saw the man and women first, it took me a while to see the dolphins
I saw the couple but i still cant see the dolphins!!!!
As Gary mentioned look at the shadow areas between the figures.

um…
all i can see in the shadows is the woman’s… woman part…
Small Kids brain is not so developed to identify the act thats being done in the pic…Right!!!
But dear Friend… their brain is also amature to see your dolphins.
But who cares… This image… i would rather call it “the art of making love” is very very coooool, i wished if i were the man behind.
(dont seach the dolphins… i already eat them)
:)
…… yeah i definetly saw the people first…. and i only see 3 or 4 dolphins…. 9?….
Yes I saw the couple first because of the effect of dark and light…I didn’t have to look so hard to find the 9 dolphins, I just focus on the dark part and they all easy apear.
i see 8 not 9
